- Address (optional): If you register a business listing, you may provide the business address so that it can be shown in the listing and help customers find your business. This address is stored on our servers and is not shared with third parties beyond its display in the listing within the App.
- Phone number (optional for customers, required for business owners): Business owners may provide a phone number to manage their account and to allow customers to contact the business. This phone number is stored on our servers and may be displayed as part of the business listing but is not sold or shared with third‑party advertisers.
Customers who only browse and search businesses in the App are not required to provide name, address, or phone number to use the core browsing functionality.
2. OTP and Verification Data
To verify your phone number and secure your account, we send one‑time passwords (OTPs) using both SMS and WhatsApp.
We may process:
- Phone number used for registration or login.
- OTP codes generated and their validation status (success/failure).
- Timestamps and basic metadata related to OTP delivery and verification.
We do not store OTP codes beyond the limited period necessary to complete verification.
3. Location Information
The App uses your device’s location to enable key functionality.
- We collect precise location to help you find nearby businesses and to register or manage business listings accurately.
- Location data is transmitted to our servers and may be stored persistently as part of your account and listing information (for example, to remember where your business is located or to improve search results).
- Location data is used for App functionality (such as showing nearby results) and account management (such as associating a business with a place).
- Location data is required for the App to function correctly and cannot be fully disabled if you want to use core features that depend on location.
The App does not collect precise location in the background when it is fully closed, but location may be accessed and processed while the App is open and you are using features that require it.
4. Contacts Information
The App may access your device’s contacts solely to support core App functionality (for example, to help you quickly select or interact with contacts inside a feature).
- Contacts data is processed ephemerally: it is accessed temporarily in memory to complete a specific in‑app action and is not stored on our servers.
- Contacts data is not shared with any third party.
- For the feature that relies on contacts to work, this access is required and cannot be turned off individually, but you can always control contacts permissions at the device level. If you disable contacts permission, the related feature may not function.
5. App Info and Performance Data

- Contacts data is processed ephemerally and is not stored.
- Error, crash logs, diagnostics, and performance data collected via tools such as Firebase and Sentry are retained for a limited period to diagnose and resolve technical issues and to improve the App.
When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted, anonymized, or aggregated so that it no longer identifies you.
